Complaints

How to proceed in order to complain about the product:

 

  • Fill in the letter of complaint: product’s name, invoice number, reason of complaint, return address, contact data
  • Protect the product from being damaged while shipment
  • Order DHL courier calling Lambda’s call center number: 0800 401 402

Products subjected to complaint should be in fabric packaging. In case of admitting the complaint, damaged product can be fixed, exchanged on the new one or the invoice can be corrected.

 

Period of examining the complaint:

 

  • Up to 14 days for the Lambda products
  • Up to 30 days for OEM and other products

 

SAMSUNG products should be complained at the producer’s (SAMSUNG), by final user (detailed information at the Samsung call center number 0-801-171-678)

 

A complaint is automatically turned down if:

 

  • Warranty seal is damaged, there is a visible evidence of interference in product
  • Weight of the product indicates it has been used
  • Mechanically damaged products, including producucts which were not secured before shipment (Toners – damage of OPC shift or any other external construction elements, Inks – damage of head and clear damage of electronics)
  • Head sealed with adhesive tape.
  • Product works well.

 

A complaint may be turned down if product:

 

  • Was not properly preserved for shipment
  • Was not packed in original packaging – if it is required by the Producer
  • Was not described in the letter of complaint
  • Is covered with foiled and has not been used (no base for complaint) – unless the product is different than the one described on the packaging.

 

Product return:

  • Product return is subjected to handling fee of about 4% of returned product’s value
  • Return should be previously harmonized with trade director and store manager.
  • Products have to be unused in intact, original packaging
  • Maximum 3 months from purchase date
  • Shipment on cost of the one who returns, with addition of the document of product return on paper as well as sent by e-mail on the address: b.pomorski@lambda.com.pl
